Shipping policy
"Made to order" items will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks once it is finished.
Products “in stock” will be delivered:
- SPAIN: within 2-3 working days
- EU: within 7-10 working days
- outside the EU within 15 working days
All deliveries in Europe are made by 1st class recorded delivery. We’ll provide you with a tracking code, so you can see where your parcel is at any time.

- UK & EUROPE - €7.00
- US delivery - €10
- The rest of the World - €15
Please, make sure that the address you have given is correct. If you find out that you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to solve the problem.
Once the orders have been processed, we are unable to change the address.
INDRAKARP jewellery is not responsible for any delays or issues because of a wrong address.
If the address is not correct and the orders are returned to our offices, INDRAKARP jewellery won’t be responsible for the costs of the first shipment neither of the second.
INDRAKARP is not responsible if an order can not be shipped due to a circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, floods, strikes, electric problems and others.
